Having an A-life day is extremely cost-effective and great value for money as our sessions cover a vast amount of the curriculum for Science, PE & PSHE , meaning you don’t need to book lots of different, costly providers.

As most of our sessions are for approx. 60 children at a time, we can see a large amount of pupils in a day, meaning you can get back to teaching with minimal disruption but bring the curriculum to life in the safety of your own school. You can also mix n match between the sessions (please note: if the coach is changing the equipment for different sessions it can reduce the time for children to be taking part so it is best keeping the morning/afternoon type sessions the same. As each session has a lot of different equipment. Having the same style workshop with different ages is less of an issue and easier to change.
